$300 for 4-session pack of one-on-one training sessions with a Horsepower coach to learn the fundamentals. This also includes 2 weeks of unlimited class membership after your 4 sessions are complete.
The basis for all the work we do here at CrossFit Horsepower starts here. In the intro course you’ll start to learn all the fundamental CrossFit exercises, movements, and skill sets. This is a required course for all clients new to CrossFit Horsepower, whether they are new to exercise or seasoned athletes. Our focus here is on proper movement and technique to minimize the risk of injury, and maximize the benefit derived from the time you spend with us.
Foundational Functional Fitness movements provide the framework for this course. They include Front Squat, Back Squat, Shoulder Press, Push Press, Deadlift, Clean, and Snatch. After working on fundamentals, we will go into a functional workout. Although it will be short, we can promise that you’ll find it extremely challenging. We suggest that our clients enjoy several of these classes before moving on to Functional Fitness, and always welcome folks back to further focus on fundamentals.
