Start With CrossFit Fundamentals

The basis for all the work we do here at CrossFit Horsepower starts here. In the intro course you’ll start to learn all the fundamental CrossFit exercises, movements, and skill sets. This is a required course for all clients new to CrossFit Horsepower, whether they are new to exercise or seasoned athletes.
